(Via: http://instagram.com) Hi guys!!! Have you made your own coconut yoghurt yet??? I’m so obsessed with this. It’s so easy and you can make it anywhere with no electricity! all you need is 4 things. The sun ☀️☀️☀️☀️, a jar that holds at least 300ml, 1 x 279ml tin ayam coconut cream (it’s the only one I’ve found that doesn’t add water and thickners) and 2 tbs coconut (or goats/Sheeps/natural) yoghurt. Fill jar with boiling water and let it sit for 5 mins or so to sterilize it (kinda). Then empty, shake out as much water as possible, then mix the two ingredients in the jar, put in the lid and stick it out in the sun. ☀️ I pop mine out around 6am and by the time the sun goes down in the evening it’s done. It’s winter here so it needs the full day, but when it warms up I think I’ll start bringing it in earlier. After that I give it a shake to mix the clear liquid through the cream and pop it in the fridge to set overnight (a few hours would do it though) how easy is that?! No sugar or thickeners or expensive heating devices needed at all!!!! 😃😃😃 I also love how this can be used sweet or savory. You can always add some vanilla and spices or some garlic before it goes out to the sun if you like.
